Shipping policy
All bracelets come with FREE insured domestic shipping. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. (Please read below for more on international shipping policy.)
I typically ship 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Items should arrive within a 3-7 business days if shipped domestically. Please contact me at Linn@thebraceletslinger.com if you think your item is lost in the mail so that we can file a claim.
International shipping
International shipping is now available. If your country is not on the list, please contact me.
In the rare case, customs duties, taxes, and processing fees may be incurred, depending on the country the item is being shipped to. Unfortunately, I can not pay these fees for you. I have seen international shipping take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months. Sometimes tracking does not work overseas. Ship at your own risk. I can not be responsible for lost items, and I will not refund or replace a bracelet lost. You are welcome to buy shipping insurance - just let me know before purchasing. International shipping costs are too high for me to provide the same customer service that I do for my domestic shipments.
Customers who need international shipping are responsible for ALL shipping costs.
This includes any shipping involved with refunds, exchanges, lost items, extra fees, etc. Ship at your own risk.
If you need insurance or have special requests for your shipment, email me BEFORE you place the order.
Tracking
Occasionally, tracking is unreliable. If I have printed the label, then your package was put in the mailbox inside the post office. If you do not receive your package within 7 full business days from the time your package has been sent and you are in the US, please contact me. If you are having your package sent internationally, this could take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
You can track your package here:

Please double check your shipping address before purchasing.
