Decolonize

In nature both the negative and positive are accepted equally and are part of the wholeness of the universe - both serving an equal purpose…neither one better than the other…but necessary for the fluidity of life. Every light paints a shadow. Every end is a new beginning.

In society, however, we favor the positive and strangle negativity with it, creating this imbalance, stunted growth, and pressure cooker for trauma to erupt unevenly to throw everything off balance. We suffocate and drown out the cries of our central nervous systems - the deepest root of our purest self - our connection to nature and our primal needs - replaced with this need to control everything due to the lack of control we have of our own lives…of our own body…because we’ve sold our souls to the system…to greed. Out of the fear and preparation for death, we are strangling our time here on earth..

If you want to heal society, heal your self. If you want to heal your self, heal society.
